Keystone Drill Services is seeking a parts associate to support the parts and inventory process.​

​

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Receive, verify, and unload all shipments.

• Organize and maintain proper record keeping for inventory, including recording transfers/moves of product or errors in shipments.

• Receive customer calls and prepare shipment to appropriate customer.

• Organize and perform regular housekeeping and straightening of the warehouse and outside storage yard.

• Place parts purchase orders with vendors and specify any applicable requirements, such as pricing and lead times.

• Perform other related duties and assignments as required, including, but not limited to delivery product to customers.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalency.

​

WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of one (1) year of warehouse work experience.

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.

• Ability to learn Net Suite ERP software

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Operate scale, banding-wrap, hand tools, and other small equipment used for packaging.

• Operate trucks, forklifts, or other power equipment.

The employee frequently is required to stand, talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl.

• The employee must frequently lift, carry, push or pull up to 75 pounds.

• Incumbent will be required to use a computer with keyboard, telephone or handheld mobile device, and office machinery as needed.  Incumbent must be able to read, see, hear, and speak.

• The work location includes a warehouse setting and outdoor settings.  Incumbent will be expected to work on several projects/assignments simultaneously and may need to work outside of core operating hours as requested.  Outdoor work will expose incumbent to weather and climate conditions.
