Our bit repair and recondition department has the full range of replacement carbides and machine tooling to repair the bit quickly and accurately.

Keystone Drill Services offers name brand portable air compressors or Keystone will manufacture you a custom designed and engineered air compressors and booster. Using only high quality components the option of diesel, natural gas or electric driven units provide you the flexibility to meet your air drilling production needs. We provide exchange, rebuilt or new replacement air ends, rebuilt or new booster components or we will completely rebuild your existing air compressor or booster no matter where it was purchased.

We rent air compressors, cluster drills, downhole hammers, air support modules, in-line lubricators and other ancillary equipment needed for the short duration jobs.

Keystone Drill Services, Inc. offers a wide variety of cluster drill sizes to meet every hole size requirement. The can, which is the heart of a cluster drill, may look basic from the outside but it’s the internal design that makes the difference to longevity and performance. Our can uses large 8” hammers and 10” bits for optimal penetration and wear and we offer a quick bit change option allowing the bit to be replaced without removing the entire hammer.

No job is the same so we offer custom products such as ASME certified air support modules, air manifolds, in-line lubricators, hole openers & reamers, swivel and ratchet systems. If we don’t have it, we can design it!

We offer various designs of casing advancement systems. Whether you need to retrieve your casing, drill through the casing, set permanent casing or under ream the casing, we have a system designed for your needs.

We offer sales and rentals of hydraulic top hole drifter style boom blast hole machines and can find you the right configuration of construction drill for your needs.

MINING AND AGGREGATE

Keystone Drill Services, Inc. is a full service distributor of mining and aggregate drilling products ranging from the drill to the downhole hammer/bit or rotary bit and everything else in-between. Whether the need is a high or low pressure rotary drill, crawler based top hammer drifter drill or crawler high pressure downhole boom drill, we have the drill to meet your needs. If you are in need of parts, service and consumables we are a one stop shop for these as well. In addition to rebuild or exchange components, we have highly experienced personnel to carry out the repairs in house or in the field.

Keystone is a full service distributor of downhole hammers and bits along with a full range of drilling related consumables for both surface and underground mining. We provide no charge on-site support in many areas to assist in the proper selection, operation and maintenance of downhole hammers & bits, rotary bits, drill steel, drill pipe and other related products. Whether the need is a high pressure downhole hammer and carbide button bit or a high quality tri-cone bit for rotary operation, we will have the correct solution for you. Our fully stocked parts department and in shop tool break out systems allow us to quickly repair or rebuild your downhole hammer or carbide bit.

We offer a complete and thorough drill audit. We provide a checkup that is all inclusive of operational and safety related components of the machine. A complete written description of drill needs will be provided so that the customer can make sound decisions to assure machine availability when it is most needed.
