Keystone Support Module
The Keystone Support Module is a combination air manifold, lubricator, and water injection system on a single platform. Our latest iteration of this design is making a debut at IFCEE, with improved safety, usability, and enhanced exiting features.
Support Module Updates
ADDED SAFETY
Whip sock tie-off included on all new style machines. |
All vales + controls placed in one location to reduce operator movement around machine. |
Brace added between lubricator manifold and water injection frame to reduce stress on air outlet piping connections. |
Red + amber pressure light functions alert operator if air pressure is present anywhere in the support module. |
MORE USER-FRIENDLY DESIGN
Valves/control placed in one location |
Reduced height of lubricator fill port |
Sight gauge on lubricator (easier oil level visibility) |
Modified lift point that will accept a clevis, crane hook, or a log-truck type claw for movement of entire machine. |
ADDED FEATURES
Red/amber/green flashing list controlled by air pressure switch on air manifold. This will enable rig operator to see if drilling equipment is being supplied the correct air pressure at a glance. |
Regulated air supply for removing debris from drilling equipment, air tools, etc. |
Oil flow sight port so that adjustments of oil injection needle valve can be monitored more closely. |
Ball valve between discharge valve and check valve on water injection to bleed air from system while priming. |
